Gallipoli visual text

Abstract

The article attempts to look a t the characters that have evolved among the Russian emigrants to Gallipoli as a kind of text, united by a system of emigration-specifi c in general and Gallipoli emigration in particular, cultural codes. Th e text tells about the mechanism of the appearance of these characters, which have become subject to a high degree of mythologization, creating their own typological models.
