We offer the reader the second issue of the new journal on the philosophy of culture “Philosophical Letters. Russian and European Dialogue". Judging by the readers' responses, the first issue was a success. In the new issue, we continue the main theme of the intellectual dialogue between Russia and Europe as equal partners. The results of their research are presented by historians, philosophers, philologists, art historians. Special attention is paid to archival materials. For the first time, unknown letters from S. Frank and N. Berdyaev are published, as well as unknown articles from S. Frank.

We offer the university and academic community a new Philosophical Journal - “Philosophical Letters. Russian and European Dialogue". The publication is thought of as fundamentally new, if we talk about the current century. They say that the new is the well-forgotten old. We hope that the journal "Philosophical Letters. Russian and European Dialogue” will become a field for communication between scientists and interested readers - after all, our intellectual platform is unthinkable without their interaction. The journal, in our opinion, will help expand intellectual contacts for everyone, whether a scientist or a person who is only entering the world of high culture. The diversity and relevance of new problems in the ever-changing modern world give an impetus to new readings of the main theme - the Russian -European intellectual dialogue. Accordingly, the rubrication of the content will change from issue to issue: a dialogue involves different interlocutors and different points of view.
