The central figure of the third issue of the journal "Philosophical Letters. Russian and European Dialogue" of 2019 is F.A. Stepun, Russian and German philosopher, critic, writer, famous thinker of the 20th century. We publish materials about F.A. Stepun, as well as his articles and letters. We also continue to cover the history of the Russian revolution, paying special attention to the interpretation of Marxism in Russia, as well as to the processes within the Russian emigration. In the regular column "Academic Life. Critique. Reviews", reviews of new current books on history, philosophy, philology, and intellectual history are published.
