The new issue of the journal "Philosophical Letters. Russian-European Dialogue" (No. 1/2021) is dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the birth of the great Russian writer Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky. The issue opens with articles about Dostoevsky, his work, and socio-philosophical views. We continue to acquaint our readers with various philosophical and historical aspects of the Russian-European intellectual dialogue. This issue is the first to publish S. L. Frank's lecture notes, read in Europe in 1920-1930.
